At Buylytic, we want you to be satisfied with your furniture purchase. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and mattresses are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@buylytic.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, contact us at support@buylytic.shop to arrange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buylytic.shop with photos of the damage.
  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
