1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and mattresses are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at support@buylytic.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include the RMA number.
- Ship the item to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange, contact us at support@buylytic.shop to arrange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buylytic.shop with photos of the damage.
- We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
